Mr. Yıldırım was born in Sivas in 1976. After having completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Sivas, he studied at Ankara University, Faculty of Law between the years of 1994 and 1998. He did his master’s degree in Marmara University, Institute of Social Sciences between 2000-2003.

He launched his career in 1999 as judge-prosecutor candidate. Mr. Yıldırım served as Kars Public Prosecutor, Kangal Public Prosecutor, Kınık Public Prosecutor, Kayseri Public Prosecutor, Çubuk Public Prosecutor respectively. He was selected as CJP member by President Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on 27 May 2021 while he was serving as İstanbul Deputy Chief Public Prosecutor.

He currently does his doctorate at Yıldırım Beyazıt University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Public Law. He has a good command of English. He is married with three children.
