The introductory meeting of the Performance Based Monitoring and Evaluation System was held on 13/09/2022 with the presence of the Minister of Justice and the President of the HSK, Bekir BOZDAG and the members of the HSK. After the opening speeches in the program, a video about the introduction of the system was shown.
Performance Based Monitoring and Evaluation System envisaged in the judicial reform strategy; It is a system based on the evaluation of courts and public prosecutors' offices in periods, according to objective criteria determined through numerical data.
With this system, it will be possible to make progress in issues such as preventing long-term investigations and lawsuits with periodic analyzes, preventing file accumulation, and a balanced distribution of the workload. In addition, this system will also serve as a data source for the decisions to be taken regarding the judicial administration.
Thanks to the regional meetings envisaged to be held within the framework of the activities to be carried out by the Office of the Efficiency of the Judiciary and the communication channels established, it will be possible to approach the problems with a solution-oriented perspective.
In the continuation of the program, the Office of the Effectiveness of the Judiciary was visited in order to observe the system on site, the press members were informed about the details of the system, and the program ended with a souvenir photograph and a farewell.
