The Consultative Council of European Prosecutors (CCPE) held its 15th plenary meeting via video conference on 18-19 November 2020.

Rapporteur Judges Mr. Ali Rıza Ülker and Mr. Onur Ustali attended the meeting on behalf of CJP.

In the meeting, works were conducted for preparation of the draft Opinion 16 of the CCPE on the topic of implications of the decisions of international courts and treaty bodies as regards the practical independence of prosecutors and views were exchanged with other Working Group members.
