He was born in Erzincan in 1979. After graduating from the Faculty of Law at Ankara University in 2001, he completed his master's degree in Private Law at the Institute of Social Sciences at Ankara University.

He started his professional career in 2003 as a judge-prosecutor candidate in Ankara and served as a public prosecutor in Erzin, a judge in Suşehri and Kars, and a rapporteur judge at the Ministry of Justice.

He served as the Head of the Legal Department at the Telecommunications Communication Presidency and at the Information Technologies and Communication Authority (2014-2017), Deputy Secretary General of the Council of Judges and Prosecutors (2017-2019), Director General of the Directorate General for Information Technologies at the Ministry of Justice (2019-2021), Justice Advisor in Sarajevo (2021-2025), and Senior Advisor at the Ministry of Justice (2025-2026).

By the decision of the General Assembly of the Council of Judges and Prosecutors dated 15 April 2026, he was appointed as the Head of the Inspection Board of the Council of Judges and Prosecutors.

He is married with three children and speaks English.
