He was born in Demirci District of Manisa in 1972. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Demirci. He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1997. He worked as a founder and manager in many Non-Governmental Organizations. He worked as a freelance lawyer, mediator and conciliator affiliated with Ankara Bar Association. On 17/01/2019, he was appointed as General Manager to the General Directorate of Legal Services at the Ministry of Justice in accordance with Articles 2 and 3 of the Presidential Decree No. 3. He was elected as a member of the Council of Judges and Prosecutors by the Turkish Grand National Assembly on 25/05/2021.

Married with two children, Mr. Temel speaks Arabic and English.
