Cem KARACA
He was born in 1977 in Ankara. He completed his primary school education in Kuyubasi Primary School and his secondary school education in Kalaba Secondary School. He graduated from Ankara High School in 1994 and from the Faculty of Law of Ankara University in 1998. He did his master’s degree in Gazi University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Public Law in 2001-2003. He completed his thesis in 2002 and graduated. He started his judicial career as a judge/prosecutor candidate in Ankara. Then he respectively worked as the judge of Divrigi (Sivas), Eynesil (Giresun), Batman, Kucukcekmece (Istanbul), Istanbul and as the President of Istanbul Assize Court. In 2019 he was appointed as the member Bakırkoy Justice Commission of First Instance Court for Jurisdiction. He was appointed as Deputy of Secretary General of CJP in September 2023 and still continues his duty. He is married with two children. |
