He was born in İskilip on 10/12/1970. He graduated from Kayseri High School, and after graduating from the Faculty of Law at Ankara University in 1991, he completed his military service as a short term service. Yüksel, who started his career as a Judge Candidate in Ankara, served as a Judge in Sütçüler, Çayırlı, Ilgaz/Çankırı, Bodrum, a Justice Inspector, and a public prosecutor in Ankara, respectively. Yüksel, who speaks English and has a Master's Degree in Public Administration, has published works titled "Prison Management and Problems in Türkiye", "Crime Against the City", "Violence in Sports and the Role of the Public Prosecutor", and "Fight Against Terrorism, Activity, and Regret". Yüksel, who was elected as a Member of the Court of Cassation on 15/12/2014, was elected as a member of the High Council of Judges and Prosecutors at the 89th Session of the General Assembly of the Turkish Grand National Assembly held on 20 May 2025 while he was serving as a Member of the Third Criminal Chamber of the Court of Cassation. He is married and has two children. |
