High Council of Judges and Prosecutors (HCJP) was elected as a member to the Working Group of the Consultative Council of European Prosecutors (CCPE) 

In the 11th Plenary Session held on 17-18 November 2016 in Strasbourg of CCPE, the sub-advisory body to the Committee of Ministers of the Council, established in 2005 with reference to the Resolution issued by the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe, order to work on the roles of prosecutors in criminal proceedings in a state of law; Mr Ramazan Kaya, the Member of the Second Chamber was elected as a member to the 2017 Working Group of CCPE.  

The Working Group, composed of the judiciary representatives of Denmark, Armenia, Italy, Austria, Bulgaria, Belgium, The Czech Republic, Russian Federation besides Türkiye, is assigned to draw up the draft report that will be taken as a basis to the opinion of CCPE to be accepted in 2017. 

On the other hand, Rapporteur Judge of HCJP Mrs Sibel Demir Saldırım was elected as  Gender Equality Rapporteur for 2017 as a result of Gender Equality Training she accomplished and her work in CCPE.
