Mustafa TÜNAY
Deputy of Secretary General

He was born in Çelikhan, Adıyaman in 1983. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Malatya. He graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2006. He began his career as a judge candidate in Malatya. He subsequently served as Public Prosecutor in Korkuteli, Judge in İdil, President of the Justice Commission in Yalvaç, Presiding Judge of the Heavy Criminal Court in Giresun, Presiding Judge of the Heavy Criminal Court in Eskişehir, and President of the Justice Commission in Isparta.

While serving as the President of the Justice Commission of the Isparta Courthouse, he was appointed as Deputy Secretary General of the Council of Judges and Prosecutors on 2 March 2026.
