Ömer ÖRÜCÜ
Deputy of Secretary General

Ömer Örücü was born in Nevşehir in 1982. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Çankaya University in 2005.

He began his career as a trainee public prosecutor in Ankara and subsequently served as a public prosecutor in Malkara, a Rapporteur Judge at the General Directorate of Foreign Relations and European Union Affairs of the Ministry of Justice, a Rapporteur Judge at the 5th Criminal Chamber of the Court of Cassation, and a public prosecutor at the Istanbul Terrorism and Organized Crime Bureau.

On 26 February 2026, he was appointed as Deputy Secretary General of the Council of Judges and Prosecutors (CJP) by the Minister of Justice, Mr. Akın GÜRLEK.

He is married and has three children.
