Ömer ÖRÜCÜ
Deputy of Secretary General

Born in Nevşehir in 1982, Ömer Örücü graduated from the Faculty of Law of Çankaya University in 2005.

He started his career as a candidate for Public Prosecutor in Ankara and served as a Public Prosecutor in Malkara, a rapporteur judge at the General Directorate of Foreign Relations and European Union Affairs of the Ministry of Justice, a Rapporteur Judge at the 5th Criminal Chamber of the Court of Cassation, and a Public Prosecutor at the Istanbul Terrorism and Organized Crime Bureau, respectively.

On February 26, 2026, he was appointed as a Deputy Secretary General of the HSK (High Council of Judges and Prosecutors) by the Minister of Justice, Mr. Akın GÜRLEK.

He is married and has 3 children.
