He was born in 1975 in Alanya district of Antalya province. He completed his primary school education in Seki Village Primary School and his secondary school education in Demirtas Secondary School. He graduated from Alanya High School in 1992 and from the Faculty of Law of Marmara University in 1996.

He started his judicial career as a judge/prosecutor candidate in Ankara. Then he respectively worked as public prosecutor in Sanlıurfa, Acıgol (Nevsehir), Bozkır (Konya), Osmancık (Corum), Silifke (Mersin) and as chief public prosecutor in Edremit (Balıkesir), Kars, Aksaray. He also served as public prosecutor of the Court of Cassation.  

He was appointed as Deputy of Secretary General of CJP in September 2023 and still continues his duty.  He is married with three children.
