| He was born in the Kabalı village of Kadışehri/Yozgat in 1978. After having finished primary school in his village, he completed his secondary and high school education in Istanbul. He graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Law in 2000. He did his master’s degree in the Departmen of Public Administration in Social Sciences Institute of Kafkas University. He continues his doctorate at Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University. He started his career as Judge Candidate in Bakırköy. He respectively served as Samsun/Vezirköprü Judge, 8th Corps Command Military Court Judge, Kars/Kağızman Judge, and Muğla/Marmaris Judge. In June 2014, he was appointed as the President of Batman 2nd Heavy Criminal Court and in July 2016 he was appointed as President of Bolu Heavy Criminal Court and Justice Commission of First Instance Court for Jurisdiction. He was appointed as Secretary General in CJP in 2019 where he worked until 2023. Mr. Han, who was elected as Member of Court of Cassation in 24/07/2023 served as Member in 8th Civil Division of the Court of Cassation. During this period, he also worked as Member in Court of Disputes. He was elected as CJP Member during 89th session of General Assembly of Grand National Assembly of Türkiye which was held on 20/05/2025. He is married with three children. |
