Member

He was born on 16.08.1964 in the Sarikamis district of Kars Province. He graduated from Sarıkamış High School, and afterwards from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1986. Having started his career as judge candidate in Istanbul, Mr. Esen, served respectively at Aşkale, Çayırlı and Dalaman Public Prosecutor's Offices, as an Investigating Judge at the Ministry of Justice. He served also at Çubuk Public Prosecutor's Office and at the Court of Cassation Public Prosecutor's Office.

Mr. Esen was elected as a Member of the Court of Cassation on 15.12.2014. On 25.05.2021, he was elected as a member of the Council of Judges and Prosecutors by the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye, while he was serving as a Member of the Assembly of Criminal-Law Chambers of the Court of Cassation.

He is married with one child.
