Member of the 1^st Chamber of the Council of Judges and Prosecutors Mr. Hüseyin ŞAHİN, Rapporteur Judges at the Foreign Affairs and Projects Bureau Mrs. Sibel DEMİR SALDIRIM and Mr. Halil AKKIZ attended the 2^nd Working Group meeting that took place in France/Paris on 15-16 June 2017 in order to draw up Opinion No. 12 of the Consultative Council of European Prosecutors on ''the Role of Prosecutors regarding the Rights of Victims and Witnesses in Criminal Proceedings''. It was held that, after last amendments to the Draft Opinion No. 12 being drawn up in consequence of the meeting are made by the Secretariat, draft text will be sent to the Working Group members. Draft Opinion will be submitted to the 12^th Plenary Meeting of the Consultative Council of European Prosecutors on 23-24 November 2017 in France/Strasbourg, after the CCPE Working Group finishes its work.
