The Second Working Group of “The Project on Strengthening Judicial Ethics in Türkiye” was held in Haymana on 12-14 January 2017.

Mr. Mehmet Yılmaz, Acting President of High Council of Judges and Prosecutors; Mrs. Müjgan Karyağdı, Deputy General Secretary of HCJP and Ms. Pınar Başpınar, Deputy President of the European Council Programme Office in Ankara participated in the meeting.

Judges, prosecutors and inspectors who took part in the inditement procedure of the ethics codes and the representative of Turkish Bar Association worked in three different groups with the consultation of Mr. Tom Daly, International Project Coordinator; Mr. Tron Gundersen and Ms. Mjriana Visentin, Project Experts; Prof. Dr. Gülriz Uygur, Local Expert of the Project. The meeting was concluded following the presentation of the works carried out in the plenary session.
