The delegation whose members were Dr. H. Sumartoyo, Member of the Judicial Commission of the Republic of Indonesia, Mr. Arie Sudihar, Director of Recruitment, Advocacy and Enhancement of Judges Capacity of the Secretary General of the Judicial Commision of the Republic of Indonesia, and Akhmad Furqon, Officer at Liaison Subsection of the Secretary General of the Judicial Commision of the Republic of Indonesia, paid a study visit to the Council of Judges and Prosecuters 09th December 2019.  

The guest delegation was welcomed by Mr. Mehmet Yılmaz, the Acting President of CJP, Mr. Seyfi Han, the Secretary General of the CJP, Müjgan Karyağdı, the Deputy Secretary General, and Mr. Hüseyin Cem Eren, Veli Ünal and Yunus Emre Yumuşakbaş, Rapporteur Judges in the Plenary Session Hall.

Within the scope of the meeting, after the guest delegation was generally informed by Mr. Mehmet Yılmaz regarding “the structure, functioning and duties of the CJP”, upon the request of the guest delegation, a comprehensive presentation regarding “appointment, promotion, complaint and disciplinary process, inspection and assessment of judges and prosecuters” was made by Mr. Mehmet Yılmaz.
