A committee of seven officials, consisting of Prof. Dr. Mladen Vukcevic, the President of the Judicial Council of the Republic of Montenegro; Mr. Milos Boskovic, International Cooperation Officer / the Secretary of the Judicial Council of the Republic of Montenegro; Ms. Stanka Vucinic, Judge; Mrs. Ljiljana Lakic, State Prosecutor in High State Prosecutor’s Office in Podgorica; Mr. Veselin Rackovic, Member of the Prosecutorial Council; Ms. Maja Milosevic, Executive Director of the Training Center; and Ms. Enesa Hasangic, Adviser in the Directorate for the Judiciary in the Ministry of Justice, visited the High Council of Judges and Prosecutors of Türkiye on 4 November 2015, within the scope of the duty of the Justice Academy of Türkiye towards building international relations in professional and scientific matters.
The Committee of the Republic of Montenegro was greeted at the Plenary Session Hall by Mr. Metin YANDIRMAZ, the Deputy President of the HCJP; Mr. Bilgin BAŞARAN, the Secretary General of the HCJP; and Ms. Müjgan KARYAĞDI, the Deputy Secretary General of the HCJP.
Within the framework of the visit, a presentation was made on the structure and functioning of the HCJP as well as its position in the Turkish Judicial system, and an exchange of opinion took place regarding the judiciary systems of the Republic of Montenegro and the Republic of Türkiye.
The visit of the Committee was concluded following the expression of wishes of increasing the bilateral relations and the presentation of gifts.
