The advisory body of the Council of Europe on constitutional issues Venice Commission that was in Türkiye due to a report to be drawn up about the Decree Laws adopted and implementations within the framework of state of emergency, visited High Council of Judges and Prosecutors on 04.11.2016.

The members of the guest committee General Secretary of Venice Commission Mr. Thomas Markert; members of the Commission Mr. Jan Velaers and Mrs. Claite Bazy Malaurie and Expert Mr. Grigrory Dikov  were accepted by Acting President Mr. Mehmet Yılmaz, General Secretary Bilgin Başaran and Deputy Secretaries Mr. Musa Kanıcı and Mrs. Müjgan Karyağdı in the Plenary Session Meeting Room.

In the meeting guest committee were informed about the issues that were the main reason of their visit and two committtees had exchange of ideas.
