The prosecutors and investigators from Uzbekistan and Moldova, who came to our country as part of the "International Training Programme on Fight against Cybercrime" organized by the Justice Academy of Türkiye on 24-27 June 2024, paid a working visit to our Council on 26 June 2024.

The guest delegation was welcomed by Mr Mehmet Akif EKİNCİ, the Acting President of CJP; Mr Atila ÖZTÜRK, Secretary General; Dr. Müjgan KARYAĞDI, Deputy Secretary General, and the Rapporteur Judges, Mr Mehmet Emre SARIYILDIZ, Mr Hakan BULUT, Ms Hilal Tuğçe KILIÇ, and  Inspector Mr Abdulvahit ÇINAR. The delegation was accompanied by Mr Muhittin ÖZDEMİR, President of the Justice Academy of Türkiye; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hasan Kadir YILMAZTEKİN, Head of Department, and Ms Özden DÜLGER, Rapporteur Judge from Justice Academy of Türkiye.

During the meeting, the guest delegation was informed in detail regarding the duties and functioning of the Council and the judicial system in Türkiye and provided with the English copies of the Information Booklet on the structure and functioning of CJP, the Declaration of Ethics for Turkish Judiciary and the Guidelines on the Use of Social Media within the scope of the Declaration of Ethics for Turkish Judiciary.  After a mutual question-and-answer session with the Heads of the two visiting delegations, the working visit ended with the expression of wishes for the continuation and development of close relations and co-operation between the countries in the field of judiciary, the presentation of mutual gifts and taking of a family photo.
