Mr. Akram Ismail Hasan Al-Khatib, Chief Public Prosecutor of the State of Palestine and the accompanying delegation visiting our country as the guests of Justice Academy of Türkiye on 01-03 December 2025, visited our Council on 01 December 2025.
The delegation accompanied by Mr. Bekir Altun, President of Justice Academy of Türkiye and presided by Mr. Ismail Hasan Al-Khatib, Chief Public Prosecutor of the State of Palestine was welcomed by Mr. Fuzuli Aydoğdu, Acting President and President of 2nd Chamber of CJP; Mr. Atila Öztürk, Secretary General of CJP and Mrs. Dr. Müjgan Karyağdı, Deputy Secretary General of CJP.
The guest delegation was informed by Mr. Fuzuli Aydoğdu, Acting President of CJP on the structure of our Council, the areas of duty and jurisdiction of its chambers, the statistics related to the number of judges and prosecutors; admission, appointment, promotion and disciplinary procedures of judges and prosecutors, as well as institutional cooperation activities. The questions of the guest delegation related to the workload in judiciary, inspection system, inspectors and discipline procedures were answered in detail.
At the end of the visit, the wishes to consolidate the judicial cooperation and further develop relations between the two brotherly and friendly countries were expressed. The program ended with exchanges of gratitude and appreciation, presentation of gifts, and a group photo.
