During the meeting, the two sides exchanged views on their respective judicial inspection systems.

The delegation subsequently attended a meeting hosted by Dr. Müjgan Karyağdı, Deputy Secretary General of the Council of Judges and Prosecutors. A comprehensive presentation was delivered on the Council's constitutional status, organisational structure, duties and powers, and operating procedures. The institutional structures and practices of the judicial councils of both countries were also discussed and compared.

On the same day, the delegation visited the Directorate General of Information Technologies of the Ministry of Justice. During the meeting hosted by Mr. Mehmet Murat Tuzcu, Director General of Information Technologies, a detailed presentation was given on the structure, operation and services of the National Judiciary Informatics System (UYAP). Particular attention was devoted to the electronic management of judicial proceedings, the use of information technologies in the delivery of justice services, and the contribution of digitalisation to judicial processes.

At the end of the day, a dinner was held in honour of the delegation from Bosnia and Herzegovina, attended by Mr. Fuzuli Aydoğdu, Acting President of the Council of Judges and Prosecutors.

On Wednesday, 14 October, the delegation visited the Justice Academy of Türkiye, the Court of Cassation and the Ankara West Courthouse.

At the Justice Academy of Türkiye, the delegation was received by Mr. Metin Yıldırım, President of the Justice Academy of Türkiye. During the meeting, a comprehensive presentation was delivered on the Academy's organisational structure, responsibilities and operations, as well as its activities concerning pre-service and in-service training for judges and prosecutors.
