Ms Erdenechimeg Dashpuntsag, Director of the Judicial Academy of Mongolia, and her accompanying delegation of judges from Mongolia, who were in our country as guests of the Justice Academy of Türkiye within the scope of the ‘Current Legal Practice Training Programme’ held between 15 and 18 September 2025, visited our Council as part of the mentioned programme on 18 September 2025.

The delegation of 30 people, accompanied by the Head of Foreign Relations Department of the Justice Academy of Türkiye, Associate Professor Hasan Kadir Yılmaztekin, was welcomed by the Acting President of the Council of Judges and Prosecutors and President of the Second Chamber, Mr Fuzuli Aydoğdu, and Deputy Secretaries-General Mr Sinan Ekici and Dr Müjgan Karyağdı. The visiting delegation was given a presentation on the structure of our Council, the duties and functions of its chambers, the admission, appointment, promotion and disciplinary procedures of judges and prosecutors, as well as our institutional cooperation activities.

Ms Dashpuntsag, the Director of the Judicial Academy of Mongolia, expressed their willingness to conduct any studies and research on the Mongolian judiciary and to share information upon request from our Council. Expressions of gratitude were conveyed along with hopes for the sharing of best practices in the field of legislation between the two countries, the strengthening of judicial cooperation, and the further development of relations.

Following a luncheon hosted by our Council in honour of the delegation, the visit concluded with the exchange of gifts, presentation of plaques, and the taking of a group photo.
