The delegation of Justice Academy of Azerbaijan presided by Mr. Elçin HALAFOV, Vice-President of the Academy that was in Türkiye as the guest of Justice Academy of Türkiye paid a working visit to our Council within the framework of  “Administration of Justice and Specialised Courts Training Programme” that was held in Ankara on 09-13 December 2024.

The guest delegation was welcomed by Mr. Mehmet Akif EKİNCİ, the Acting President of the Council of Judges and Prosecutors (CJP); Mr. Atila ÖZTÜRK, the Secretary General of CJP; Dr. Müjgan KARYAĞDI and Mr. Ramazan AKIN, the Deputies of Secretaries General. During the visit, a comprehensive introductory presentation on our Council was made and the guest delegation was provided with detailed information on the structure and functioning of our Council. In return, the guest delegation also presented information about the judicial system of Azerbaijan and ideas were exchanged. 

Expectations were expressed that the judicial cooperation and legal bonds of friendship between the two countries would be further strengthened. The visit concluded with the presentation of a plaque to the guest delegation and a souvenir photo session.
